In this session we will be focusing on advisor well-being. Whether you're an energy, money, or employability advisor, we understand the pressures of the role. This forum is designed to equip you with the tools and techniques to manage stress, improve your work-life balance, and enhance your overall well-being.

What to expect:
Practical tips and strategies for managing stress and improving your mental health led by Chris Earle from Money Advice Scotland.
Insightful discussions on the impact of heavy caseloads on advisor well-being.
Networking opportunities with fellow advisors.
A chance to learn about Home Energy Scotland's Employee Engagement programme, HES Champions.
An introduction to the forthcoming Wellbeing Check-in sessions led by Becky Whittaker from Edinburgh Health and Social Care
